Reporting directly to the Director of Procurement, you as a Procurement Manager will be responsible for leading procurement activities for the ICP plant in Piedras Negras, Mexico. You will drive supplier performance in cost, quality, and delivery while supporting the competitiveness of Littelfuse through strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier development, and continuous improvement projects.

You will also be accountable for implementing annual cost reduction initiatives, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring procurement KPIs are achieved.You will collaborate closely with Planning, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Category Management to support production, engineering changes, supplier rationalization, and sourcing strategies. In this role, you will manage key supplier relationships, execute procurement reporting, maintain supplier pricing and source lists in SAP, and contribute to building a reliable and high-performing supply base.About the Job:Manage supplier performance in cost, quality, and delivery to ensure supply chain competitiveness.Develop and execute annual cost reduction plans through negotiations, VAVE projects,



and second-source implementation.Drive supplier base consolidation and rationalization to improve overall supply performance.Monitor and report procurement KPIs including material cost savings, supplier on-time delivery, PPV, and supplier quality.Maintain supplier pricing and approved source lists within SAP.Support supply chain risk mitigation initiatives.About You:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field required.7-10 years of procurement experience, preferably with strong category management responsibilities.industrial manufacturing experience preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.Solid knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and cost analysis.Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, SAP preferred, and Microsoft Office applications.Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills.Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
