The OpportunityReporting to the Senior Manager of the category and leading a small team of Scientists, the Formula Development Manager is responsible for the development and launch of all new formulas launches for selected beloved brands. What you'll get to doFormulationDevelops high‑performing formulas for fragrances and line extensions, managing all steps from concept development to production.Ensures formulation stability, performance, and commercial feasibility.Guarantees that all required testing, validation, and documentation are completed on time to deliver a market‑ready product.Maintains continuous awareness of scientific and technological advances related to fragrance and cosmetic product development.ManagementOversees projects led by team members, ensuring alignment with timelines, priorities, and quality standards.We'd love to meet you if you haveExperience:



Minimum of 5 years of experience in formula development within the fragrance and/or cosmetic industryEducation:Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science or Chemical EngineeringLanguages:Spanish and English required.
