In this role you guide global hematology-oncology studies from early design to closeout, upholding safety and scientific rigor. You partner with Clinical Operations and cross-functional teams to shape protocols, engage investigators, and translate data into decisive actions that keep trials on track. You will lead process improvements and contribute to cross-asset initiatives across multiple indications, shaping faster, safer trials and transformative therapies.

This position offers a chance to influence patient outcomes directly within a collaborative, data-driven environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Ensure risk-benefit oversight and safety compliance across clinical hemato-oncology studies
- Contribute to design and implementation of clinical projects in a cross-functional CST
- Develop program strategy and business cases for governance approval
- Provide clinical input to study design via collaboration with investigators, external experts, sites and stakeholders




- Review opportunities and ESRs; participate in regulatory interactions for protocols
- Support global medical affairs, marketing and commercial input into protocols
- Respond to investigational sites on ICF changes, protocol/IRB questions; contribute to training
- Develop clinical components of regulatory/EC/IRB submissions for approvals
- Prepare clinical development plans integrating pre-clinical/early findings and ensure cross-functional alignment
- Present/defend protocols and development plans at governance forums
- Serve as Medical Monitor for safety in Phase I–III studies xugodme
- Prepare regulatory documents (Dossiers, BLAs, INDs, Safety/Annual reports)
- Implement Ru0026D policies, SOPs, and related directives
- Contribute to department initiatives to improve clinical program quality
