We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero.This role is employed by Horse Powertrain and is based at our office in Madrid, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain's other sites.What you will be doingLead the design, governance, and continuous evolution of our global Learning & Development function by building a world-class learning ecosystem that equips employees with the skills needed to achieve our business strategy and drive a high-performance culture.Develop and execute the global Learning & Development strategy aligned with business priorities and workforce planning.Conduct skills gap analyses and partner with HR and business leaders to identify current and future capability needs.Build and manage global learning programs, including compliance, technical, leadership and professional development initiatives.Establish and continuously improve L&D; governance,



methodologies and processes to deliver a consistent learning experience across all regions.Partner with external training providers and internal stakeholders to source, develop and deliver high-quality learning solutions.Monitor learning effectiveness, training compliance and adoption, using data and feedback to continuously improve programs.What we're looking forBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology or a related field.Proven track record and experience building, leading or scaling a Learning & Development function or Center of Excellence within a general organization.Expertise in designing learning strategies, competency frameworks and end-to-end development programs.Strong project management, organizational and communication skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.Resilient, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with global stakeholders.If you believe you have the skills and passion to excel in this role, we would like to hear from you. xbhjioe Horse Powertrain Limited is a global leader in powertrain solutions.
