A typical project might include the following activities: Overseeing the execution of complex projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Conducting stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to develop effective engagement strategies.



Developing transformation roadmaps, including next-generation communication strategies and training programs. Measuring the effectiveness of interventions using data-driven approaches and storytelling methods.

Mentoring and coaching junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture. Here’s What You Need:6+ years of experience in transformation projects related to HR, organizational change, or digital adoption in large-scale environments. Minimum bachelor’s degree.

Excellent

English communication skills (written & spoken) are essential. For positions in the Barcelona office, proficiency in Catalan is required. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Cultural sensitivity and proven experience working in multinational environments. Advanced functional knowledge of HR technology solutions (Workday, SSFF, others) is valued.

Experience in Change Management within S4H environments is valued. Professional certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, or HR transformation methodologies are a plus.
