As Group Travel

Coordinator, you'll take full ownership of end-to-end group travel requests and venue sourcing for VIP German clients, ensuring high-quality operational delivery and direct client satisfaction.

- Receive, analyze, and manage complex client briefs for group bookings and FIT (personalized) group arrangements
- Source venues, arrange flights, trains, and accommodation using Amadeus GDS




- Handle direct daily communication with client project managers from quote creation to project execution - Collaborate closely with international teams across France, Switzerland, the UK, and global offices
- Provide operational cross-market support to colleagues in peak periods while maintaining SLA standards OK, AND WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- 4+ years of experience in travel management
- Advanced mastery of GDS tools, specifically Amadeus (mandatory)
- Native or professional fluency in German combined with strong business English (mandatory)
- Proven track record in direct client service and managing complex group requirements
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tight deadlines
- Experience with Qondor or Cvent platforms (strong plus)
