Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a talented, well-presented, and service-driven Male Head Barista to join a fine dining restaurant in Kuwait.

The adecuado candidate must have a strong F&B; background in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or premium café operations, with excellent coffee knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver a refined guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, specialty beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks according to restaurant standards.
- Lead and supervise the barista team during daily operations.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and service delivery.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art, and beverage trends.
- Train and guide junior baristas on preparation techniques, hygiene, and service standards.
- Monitor stock levels, coffee supplies, equipment, and daily mise en place.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar and coffee station.
- Coordinate smoothly with the restaurant service team to ensure timely order delivery.
- Handle guest preferences and special requests professionally.




- Support upselling of premium beverages and seasonal drink offerings.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

Requirements

- Male candidate preferred.
- Proven experience as a Head Barista, Senior Barista, or Barista Supervisor.
- Strong background in luxury F&B;, fine dining, premium café, or hotel hospitality environment.
- Excellent coffee preparation skills, including espresso-based beverages, manual brewing, and latte art.
- Good leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Well-groomed, professional, and presentable.
- Strong guest service mindset with attention to detail.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard restaurant environment.
- Must be willing to relocate to Kuwait.
