We're looking for a hands-on Lead Rust Engineer to set the technical direction of a cross-functional team and drive high-quality delivery.The adecuado candidate is an experienced Rust software engineer with a proven track record of leading technical initiatives in complex software environments.

What you will bring ðBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in software/electrical engineering or a related field.Strong, hands-on Rust development experience (preferably more than 4 years) with deep understanding of core Rust concepts (ownership, borrowing, lifetimes) and asynchronous programming (async/await).Proficiency with Rust libraries/frameworks (Tokio, Actix-web, Rocket, Serde, SQL), and Foreign-Function Interfaces.Experience with Linux containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and basic scripting.RabbitMQ), event-driven architecture, event stores, event sourcing, and actor models.Exposure to AI-enabled software development practices and modern cloud-native architectures.Familiar with Domain-Driven-Design (DDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD)
