What You'll Do

- Develop and implement optimization strategies for high-value ad campaigns

- Build campaign structures, keyword packs, bids, and budget recommendations

- Analyse account-level and campaign-level performance to identify opportunities

- Create clear, data-driven reports to support optimization tactics

- Work across Search, GSN, Mobile, and YouTube to meet client goals

- Collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities

- Follow internal processes and ensure an excellent experience for Account Leads

- Spot operational improvements and bring forward innovative ideas

What You Bring

- Fluent German (B2/C1) + strong English

- Experience in digital marketing, account management, or client service





- Google Ads experience is mandatory

- Comfort working in B2B environments and using digital advertising tools

- Sharp analytical thinking and strong attention to detail
- A proactive work ethic and ability to perform independently or in a team

- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to absorb complex information quickly
