Our client is seeking a skilled Affiliate Account Manager to join their team. The adecuado candidate will have experience in affiliate management within the iGaming sector, a talent for optimizing relationships, and a focus on delivering strong business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Affiliate Partner Management:
- Oversee daily operations for key affiliate accounts, ensuring seamless communication and KPI achievement.
- Develop and implement customized deal structures aligned with affiliate performance goals, negotiating win-win agreements.
- Campaign Optimization:
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize affiliate campaigns to deliver high-quality traffic and achieve conversion targets.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Technical Oversight:
- Maintain an understanding of post-back integrations and campaign tracking setups (preferred but not required).
- Handle account setups, integration testing, and adherence to operational processes.
- Strategic Alignment:
- Understand operator KPIs and craft strategies that align with their growth and profitability objectives.
- Build and sustain strong operator relationships,
showcasing a commitment to excellence and a competitive edge.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of affiliate campaigns.
- Communicate effectively in English to manage internal and external relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the iGaming industry, with a solid understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and best practices.
- Proficiency in affiliate backends and familiarity with performance metrics.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to craft and close tailored deals.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in campaign optimization and an understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Competence with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Knowledge of post-back integrations is a bonus.
