As a member of this team, you'll contribute to our vision of building and operating world-class data centers while developing a high-performing group of technicians and operators. Basic qualifications- Experience in engineering work, managing large-scale services- Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership- Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality- Experience prioritizing and delivering projects on time in a fast-moving environment- Experience in people management and team developmentPreferred qualification - Knowledge of network design, protocols and Layer 1/2 troubleshooting- Experience in computer architecture, or experience with general troubleshooting/debugging of hardware- Experience in data center engineering or operations- MBA, or Advanced degree- Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologiesAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
