Aethos Mallorca is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay, delivering warm, seamless, and memorable service in collaboration with the Front Office team.
You will handle reservations, guest profiles, and communications across phone, email, and WhatsApp, coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, and maintenance, and promote experiences while upholding Aethos brand standards.
