Foster Omnichannel sales steering – actively distribute contacts to alternative channels
Position Berner as premium brand, leader in chemicals and reliable business consultant
Handle objections/delivery/quality claims,negotiate t&c;, actively manage margin
Ensure data quality in the systems (customer card, interaction reports, etc.) Analyze and influence all sales area related kpis – first and foremost sales/turnover across all channels
Regularly report to superior, align action plans, and make sure to deliver sales targets/budgets
Roll-out of pricing concepts,margin impact,positioning of brand
Plan on yearly basis and align annual operational targets and sales plans (in coordination with district manager)
Support sales team (sales reps; Channels) to achieve performance by sharing customer insights aligning customer priorities across channels
