As an Account Manager on our team, you will:

Use CRM to contact, qualify accounts and generate sales opportunities
Ensure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are hit, activity and performance (calls, accounts contacted,



revenue generated and confirmed)
Update CRM with all communication and as per standards expected.
Participate in sales activities (call storms, industry focus, hotel focus etc.)
Ensure all opportunities (meetings & events and group accommodation) are qualified and followed up as per standards, both with clients and hotels
Offer alternative solutions upon no availability of hotels

Have strong experience in B2B Sales, at least 2 years experience.
Have great organization and communication skills
Have experience in using office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Have hospitality background
Have experience in using CRMs
