JD Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Vitoria-Gasteiz operation in Spain as part of our strategic expansion. You will own the launch and ongoing operations of a high-velocity small-goods fulfillment center, ensuring SLA adherence and strict regulatory compliance from day one.
You will recruit, coach, and lead a local team of Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Operators, while coordinating with integral HQ to align processes and performance metrics for scalable growth.
