Position Summary This position is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing existing customer accounts, developing new business, and owning the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through order entry. The Inside Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, delivering responsive, solutions-oriented service that reflects Cicoil's commitment to quality and fast turnaround.
This role manages the quotation process from initial customer request through confirmed order entry in Epicor, our ERP system, coordinating with internal teams including Engineering, Production Control, and Customer Service to ensure accurate and competitive quotes are delivered on time.

Success in this role looks like consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, maintaining high customer retention, managing a well-developed sales pipeline, and ensuring accurate,



error-free order entry.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
2–4 years of inside sales or customer-facing sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
~ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
~ Experience with an ERP system required; Experience with a CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred.
~ Working knowledge of sales processes including prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and closing.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with manufacturing, cable, or industrial products is a plus.
Knowledge of government procurement processes, FAR/DFARS requirements, or working with prime contractors and government agencies is a strong plus.
Excellent attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in data entry and order management.
