Who We Are:

NPSG Europe are a global provider of Installation (M&E;), Integration and Fit-out services, specialising in Automation, Robotics, Data Centre and MHE projects. We deliver project management, engineering, and installation solutions for eCommerce, Retail, and Intralogistics clients across Europe.

Our mission is to empower our customers to excel through innovative, tailored installation solutions, driven by our commitment to Flawless Execution.

About the Role:

Join our project delivery team as an Inventory Manager, responsible for overseeing all materials entering and leaving our live installation sites.

Working within complex, fast-paced logistics environments, often live warehouses operating 24/7, you will ensure the efficient movement, storage, tracking, and allocation of high volumes of materials, components, and equipment essential to the delivery of automation and robotics projects.

You will manage site-level inventory processes, coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries, maintain accurate stock levels, and support production and installation teams by ensuring materials are available when needed. This role is central to project success and requires strong organisation, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements Candidates must be based in Spain and possess the right to work in that country.

Successful applicants must also be willing to travel throughout Europe and work away for prolonged periods and hold a valid passport.

About You:

You have experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain roles, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or large-scale industrial environments.

You are confident handling high volumes of stock and have strong IT skills, including experience with inventory management systems, Excel, databases, and digital tracking tools.

You understand the core principles of supply chain flow, goods-in/goods-out processes, stock accuracy, and the cost impacts of inventory management.

Safety qualifications or experience working within controlled site environments is a strong advantage.

You are able to communicate confidently and professionally in English (C1/C2 level), with strong verbal and written skills.

Why Join Us:

We value our people and prioritise their wellbeing at every stage of their journey with us. While benefits vary by country, our rewards package is thoughtfully designed to support your life, health, and career development. This includes a competitive, annually benchmarked salary; enhanced family leave provisions; and private medical care for full-time staff, alongside access to an Employee Assistance Programme and dedicated Mental Health First Aiders.

We are committed to continuous growth through integral learning and development pathways and provide unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning to help you build new skills and advance your career. Most importantly, we are proud to foster a highly engaged workforce, with our 2025 employee survey showing over 85% satisfaction.
