Purpose of the role The purpose of this role is to develop strategies and tactics to elevate project delivery standards, translate that knowledge into a logic‑linked plan, and employ planning software to guide teams toward prioritising effectively.
Your team This role is part of our Project Management Consultancy team focused on understanding real project problems, implementing the best solutions, and developing scalable best practices, tools, and technology. More specifically, you’ll belong to our Project Planning Team, leaders in planning complex construction projects.

Own the project plan for one or more projects and ensure that the project is working to it effectively. You’re responsible for putting in your best effort to ensure the project team’s understanding and focus on the plan – no matter how stubborn they are.
Provide simple, actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels that help them deliver their part of the project more efficiently and effectively.
A construction engineering background: at least 2+ years of experience on construction projects.
Communication skills: proficient written and verbal English with the charisma and influence to get construction people to adopt new approaches.
Impact: a track record of improving projects and organisations beyond the basics – implementing scalable, repeatable solutions that had a significant positive impact.
