We are currently looking for a Network Engineer (L1 / L2) professional to join our team in an on-site support role.

Work Mode : On-Site Employment Type : B2B/ Freelance Contract Location : Majadahonda, Spain Job Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for network infrastructure and connectivity issues • Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN network performance • Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls • Diagnose network issues related to IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN • Assist in network installations, upgrades, and patching activities • Ensure network security and follow best practices • Support end-users with connectivity and access-related issues • Maintain network documentation and update configurations • Log, track,



and resolve incidents through the ticketing system • Escalate complex network issues to senior engineers/vendors • Ensure timely resolution as per SLA requirements ️ Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Network Support / Network Engineering • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) • Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, etc.) • Basic knowledge of network security principles • Experience with VPN and remote access technologies • Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems • Relevant certifications (CCNA or equivalent) are a plus • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Good communication and customer-handling skills • Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
