Trek Travel provides general cycling, hiking, and walking vacations of a lifetime with the goal of helping more people actively explore and experience the world. We are seeking specifically located candidates who will be responsible for overseeing and hosting Trek Travel’s Self-Guided trips in Mallorca, Spain, specifically in Palma and Pollensa. You will be the main point of contact for Trek Travel Self-Guided Guests while they are on trip, preparing bikes, greeting guests, and being available for any needs that arise in the duration of the trip.

POSITION RESPONSIBILTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Read trip itinerary and trip reports prior to trip start
- Prepare all bikes prior to trip start according to Trek Travel standards
- Charge all electronic devices, such as Di2, lights and e-bike batteries
- Ensure RWGPS experience is updated for guests and guests know how to use it
- Ensure GPS tracks are accurate and ready for guests
- Greet guests on Day 1 at Trek Bicycle Mallorca
- Ensure guests filled out Waiver and Release of Liability forms
- Give guests an orientation of the region and the trip days
- Show guests where bikes and equipment are stored at the hotel
- Conduct a safety and RWGPS talk in addition to a bike demo before the first ride
- Greet guests on departure day
- Ensure bikes on departure day are mechanically sound
- Complete all trip end duties such as a Trip End Report
YOU HAVE/ARE:
- Knowledge of bike mechanics such as:
- Remove and replace either a tube and/or tire from both the front and rear of a bike, and properly seat wheel in the dropouts with proper tightening of the quick release lever
- Remove and install pedals
- Adjust a bike saddle, both height and fore/aft position
- Remove and replace a brake cable on a road bike equipped with internally routed cables
- Properly adjust both brake pad a
