We’re looking for someone passionate about People and Talent to join Burson, with interest in working on multiple Human Resources areas in a generalist position.

Experience that contributes to success:
- 1-2 years of experience working in the Human Resources area. Focus on talent attraction and employee journey (onboarding & offboarding processes) will be positively valued.
- High English level is a must, as part of the work will be developed in this language.
- Results-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.
- Excel and Office command. Interest and ability to explore new tools.
- Possibility to join our team in Madrid.
