Key Responsibilities

- Accurately classify content based on established policies and guidelines.

- Stay updated on company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement.

- Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills for articulating moderation decisions effectively.
- Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and tactfully.
- Familiarity with online platforms and moderation tools is advantageous.
