The core objective of this team is to organize the proctor activities to ensure a smooth execution of a train the trainer program where a Physician expert is used as a consultant to train a Physician in training, in compliance with European and local rules and regulations.nn nnYour Responsibilities Will Be:nn nn * (60%) Support the organization the proctoring activity:nnn * Plan and Perform Proctoring activity u0026 travel logistics with Boston Scientific Therapy Representatives,



Travel Agency u0026 other partners.n * Manage the proctoring days request across Europe, Middle east, Africa as well as managing the proctoru2019s availability agenda. n * Contribute to accelerating the exit of doctors in training, in compliance with regulatory rules.nnnn nn * (30%) Support in management a pool of proctors: nnn * Establish Healthcare Professionals contracts and administrative documentation according to internal rules and regulations. n * Follow up on proctorsu2019 invoices with supporting documentation and in accordance with internal compliance rules. n * Ensure logistics and communication when organizing meetings/sessions involving proctors.n * Prepare monthly KPI reporting.nnnn nn * (10%) Follow up on HCP certification in eCare Platform: nnn * Update Physicians information in eCare platform.n * Collect and report any discrepancies, bugs in eCare.nnnn nnWhat Are We Looking For In You:nn nn * Graduated in a Master-Degree in Communication, Sales u0026 Marketing, or related fields.n * Experience in Medical Device Industry is a plus.n * Fluent in English (B2+)
