Role Description
This full-time internship opportunity for Technical Support is a hybrid role based in Valladolid, with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will assist in resolving technical issues for internal users and customers, including diagnosing problems, documenting solutions, and escalating complex cases when needed. Daily tasks include responding to support tickets and inquiries, performing basic troubleshooting on systems and applications,



and ensuring that users receive clear, timely guidance. The role involves collaborating with senior support staff, learning company tools and procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes. The intern will be expected to maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude and support a high level of satisfaction with Etex’s services.
Main Responsabilities:
- Support the management and coordination of internal and external tests and trials
- Develop internal tools for sales, specification, and budgeting, including calculators, spreadsheets, and estimators. You’ll use Microsoft Office and leverage AI-driven solutions where possible
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation
