At Grand Hyatt Barcelona, one of the city’s newest luxury landmarks, we are looking for motivated, service‑oriented, and enthusiastic students to join our Front Office Internship Program. What You’ll Do
- Assist with guest check‑in and check‑out procedures, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.
- Support in handling reservations, room assignments, and guest preferences.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Help maintain accurate guest records and update systems as needed.
- Support in upselling rooms and hotel services following Hyatt standards.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks at the Front Office.

Who You Are




- Student in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field (able to sign an internship agreement).
- Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Service‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
- Available for a minimum of 5 months.
- Eligible for internships in Spain/EU.
