Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales Operations team in Madrid. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in sales operations, business support, or commercial excellence within a fast-paced, international environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales organization by maintaining data quality, assisting with reporting and analysis, supporting sales processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Operations team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and sales data within CRM systems.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
- Support sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and data management activities.
- Help ensure compliance with internal processes and policies.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal teams.




- Assist with contract administration, documentation, and commercial records.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Provide general support to the commercial organization as required.

Experience and Skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluent Spanish and good level of English.

Preferred
- Previous experience in administration, operations, customer service, sales support, or a similar role.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
