We’re looking for a Technical Architect / Building Engineer to lead the execution of our residential and hotel construction sites in Valencia. You will manage full scale construction projects.

About Landed

Landed is a vertically integrated real estate development company based in Valencia and Amsterdam. We currently have a pipeline of 165 hotel units to be delivered over the next 2.5 years. These are spread across:

- 4 large ground-floor warehouse conversions (locals of 700–1,400 m²), delivering 15–25 units per project
- 5 new-build, ground-up developments of 10–25 units each, built over 4–5 floors

In parallel, we are transforming 4 commercial ground-floor bajos into 16 residential apartments. All projects are located in the Valencia area and are handled end-to-end by our own teams.

What you will do:

? Project Execution and Site Management

You’ll be on site every day, turning the architects’ drawings into daily reality - setting the tasks for the subcontractors, bricklayers, electricians, plumbers and labourers each morning and make sure they get finished. Solving any problems and taking on site construction decisions to ensure that there are no delays. You track progress against the schedule, identify potential bottle neck and delays early, and sort problems on the spot with the project manager instead of letting them grow.

? Quality Control

You inspect the work as it’s being done and catch mistakes before they turn into expensive rework. You keep clean, accurate site records: daily logs, progress photos, incident reports.

? Health & Safety

You own health & safety on your sites. Protocols are enforced, the site stays clean and compliant, and everyone goes home in one piece. No shortcuts.

? Team Coordination





You’re the single point of contact on site for workers, subcontractors and suppliers. Right people and right materials arrive when they’re needed — no idle crews, no waiting around. You communicate clearly and proactively with the wider project team and flag site-specific needs for procurement.

Who you are

- ✅Qualified Ingeniero de edificación” or “arquitecto técnico”
- ✅ 5+ years as jefe de obra / encargado / site supervisor on residential renovation or new-build projects
- ✅ Real experience directing site execution in Valencia
- ✅ You solve the daily problems that appear on every site without drama
- ✅ Builders respect you and follow your lead because you know the work and lead from the front
- ✅ Health & safety is non-negotiable for you — not just paperwork
- ✅ Fluent Spanish (essential). English is a plus
- ✅ Based in the Valencia area with a driving licence so you can move between sites
- ✅ Hands-on, practical, and comfortable in a fast-moving company that doesn’t tolerate excuses
