Product Owner – Enterprise AI / GenAI Platform

Key Responsibilities

- Define and continuously evolve the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the enterprise AI assistant and agent platform.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating strategic objectives and user needs into features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Identify opportunities to improve employee productivity and business value through Generative AI, AI agents and enterprise AI capabilities.
- Drive the development of AI use cases, contextual agents and agent ecosystems while balancing business value, technical feasibility, risk and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Development teams, Scrum Masters, Business, Data & AI, Risk, Legal, Compliance, HR and Transformation teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Lead and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and prioritization activities.
- Gather and prioritize feedback from users and stakeholders and use product data to continuously improve the platform.
- Define and monitor product KPIs such as adoption, active users, user satisfaction, usage and productivity/value realization.
- Drive product adoption and ensure investments translate into measurable business outcomes.
- Ensure alignment with Responsible AI, data protection, security, compliance and AI governance requirements.
- Collaborate with governance and risk teams to promote safe, transparent and trustworthy AI deployment.




- Make prioritization and scope decisions, manage trade-offs and act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions.

Experience Required

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Ownership/Product Management, with proven experience delivering products in an Agile environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Product Management, Agile delivery, backlog management and prioritization.
- Proven understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), enterprise knowledge retrieval and AI agent/multi-agent concepts.
- Experience with prompt engineering, conversational design, AI evaluation, AI guardrails and AI observability/monitoring.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Experience with strategic product management, adoption/change management, business cases and value realization.
- Experience working in a regulated environment; knowledge of Responsible AI and AI governance is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI platforms, AI copilots, API integrations or agentic AI solutions is an advantage.
- Fluent written and spoken English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Data & AI or a related field.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, analytical and decision-making skills.
