On behalf of a Belgian industrial technology company based in the Eastern (French-speaking) part of Belgium, active in automation, engineering and precision machine building, we are looking for an Interim CEO with a proven change-management track record, to lead the company.

Profile

- Proven change-management experience in a CEO or General Manager role
- Sector background in automation, engineering, machine building or closely adjacent industrial hightech
- French at native or near-native level — hard requirement; fluent English is essential
- Comfortable with an interim mandate: fast diagnosis, decisive action, structured hand-over

- Improve operational performance: margin, throughput, KPI discipline, industrial excellence
- Drive international growth: export markets, new geographies, strategic partnerships
