Partner with hiring managers from intake meeting to offer, emphasizing alignment, judgment, and hiring quality.
Own the Success Profile for each search, defining performance expectations in business terms.
Run structured, high‑quality interview processes with clear dimension ownership, strong calibration, and no duplication or blind spots.
Identify friction in the funnel, use data and pattern recognition to diagnose bottlenecks, and drive practical, scalable improvements.
Sound judgment and a clear quality bar mindset.




Strong stakeholder partnership skills and confidence to push back when quality is at risk.
Project‑oriented profile with interest in automation and AI‑enabled workflows; Excellent communication in English.
Flexibility: adaptable schedules driven by performance.
