This role is critical to ensuring a seamless transition from construction to commissioning and final handover, maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. As Completions Coordinator, you will manage, track, and execute the project completions process, overseeing the Completions Management System (CCMS) and acting as a key interface between Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, Commissioning,



and Client teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Completions Management & CCMS Administration:
Administer the CCMS database, define system/subsystem boundaries, and track Mechanical Completion (MC), Ready for Commissioning (RFC), and Ready for Start-Up (RFSU) milestones.
- Punch List Management:
Create, update, and track punch items across all disciplines; coordinate reviews, assign actions, monitor closures, and escalate overdue items.
- Turnover Package & Document Management:
Verify the completeness of MC dossiers, turnover packages, and vendor documentation; coordinate the collection of test records, QA/QC certificates, and redline drawings.
- Interface & Handover Coordination:
Facilitate system walkdowns and on-site inspections; act as the core interface between Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, and Commissioning.
