ADM is a global leader in human and animal nutrition, delivering innovative solutions and high-quality ingredients to customers worldwide. We are currently looking for a Junior Purchase Administrator to join our Animal Nutrition team and support Direct Procurement activities during the M3 ERP implementation. This role is a contract role for approximately 9 months.

Your Role

As a Junior Purchase Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth procurement operations, supporting supplier relationships, and maintaining accurate purchasing data within our systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, process, and monitor purchase orders in the ERP system
- Maintain accurate supplier, pricing, and purchasing records
- Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and invoice discrepancies
- Support supplier communication and relationship management
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs and ensure timely procurement
- Verify and reconcile purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices
- Communicate with suppliers regarding claims or incidents
- Support demand planning for raw materials and ingredients
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant training in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good understanding of procurement processes and supplier management
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
