We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Data Systems Administrator to architect, scale, and optimize our mission-critical IT infrastructure across Spain and our global locations. The idóneo candidate will bring deep expertise in clustering, high-availability environments, and enterprise networking, with solid experience in Linux systems and/or database administration. You will be instrumental in evolving our IT operations, providing architectural guidance, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure our systems effectively support our rapid, large-scale growth.
Architect, deploy, and maintain mission-critical infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance,



and scalability across global operations.
Design and implement robust security policies, identity management frameworks, and access controls to protect sensitive corporate assets.
Lead strategic infrastructure initiatives, including vendor management, hardware lifecycle planning, and capacity forecasting for large-scale deployments.
Drive IT projects, including complex system upgrades and migrations, by defining technical standards, workflows, and documentation best practices.
Engineer and manage advanced enterprise clustering and networking solutions, optimizing connectivity, security, and traffic flow in complex environments.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience 7+ years in complex, large-scale enterprise environments).
Deep proficiency in architecting and maintaining high-availability systems, server clustering, and robust enterprise solutions.
