Europe to lead and develop marketing and communication strategies that support sell-out acceleration, strengthen Hayward’s visibility at point of sale and enhance brand presence across European markets.This is a key strategic role with strong internal and external exposure, working closely with Product Management, Sales teams, communication stakeholders, external agencies, partners and industry representatives to drive impactful marketing initiatives across multiple channels.## Your main responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for defining, coordinating and executing trade marketing and communication initiatives across Europe.
