JOB SUMMARY:

Supermicro is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Integral Trade Analyst to support the
company’s global export compliance operations. This role will focus on the
technical classification of hardware, software, and technology under the Export
Administration Regulations (EAR) while supporting the automation and
optimization of trade compliance processes. The Sr. Global Trade Analyst will
work closely with engineering, product management, legal, and IT teams to ensure
accurate export classifications,



maintain regulatory compliance, and develop
scalable compliance solutions through automation and system integration. This
role is critical in supporting Supermicro’s growth in high-performance
computing, AI infrastructure, and cloud technologies while maintaining
compliance with U.S. and international export control regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Export Classification

• Perform detailed ECCN classifications for hardware, software, and technology
under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and other global regulations.
• Analyze technical product specifications, engineering documentation, and
product architecture to determine proper export control classifications.
• Classify advanced computing products including servers, GPUs, AI accelerators,
storage systems, networking equipment, and associated software.
• Maintain and manage the company’s export classification data
