About the role
7 Month Fixed-Term Contract
As a Transformation Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing oversight and coordination across a portfolio of transformation initiatives.
You will guide leaders to navigate change while maintaining a strong focus on business readiness and operational outcomes.
You'll challenge thinking, influence decision-making and ensure transformation activities delivers real change.
Success in this role requires someone who can move seamlessly between strategic conversations and operational execution, asking the tough questions when needed and helping leaders solve problems before they become roadblocks.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to support the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives
- Provide oversight across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment of priorities, milestones and dependencies
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments and identify risks, issues and potential business impacts
- Develop and implement communication, engagement and business readiness plans
- Monitor progress against transformation objectives, escalating risks and challenges where required
