You know how to keep multiple moving pieces under control without losing your cool. One minute you’re handling attendee questions, the next you’re chasing approvals, updating Cvent or solving a last-minute venue issue. Experienced in pharmaceutical and healthcare events, you’re organised, hands-on and proactive — the kind of person who spots problems before they become disasters and enjoys making complex events feel effortless.
What you’ll be doing
In this position, you’ll join a team fully dedicated to one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies.
- Coordinate and deliver multiple pharmaceutical and healthcare events from briefing to execution, including attendee management, logistics and on-site support
- Support the implementation of client event processes, compliance requirements and operational standards across all project phases
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients, suppliers and attendees to ensure smooth event delivery and a high-quality participant experience
- Handle timelines, registrations, budgets, reporting and Cvent-related tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Work closely with teammates across different projects, proactively solving issues and supporting the overall success of the team
Must haves

- 5+ years of event project management experience within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry, including end-to-end attendee management and event delivery
