A hands-on content and experience design role within a global team, working across three connected spaces: highly customised leadership learning journeys (face-to-face and virtual), large-scale employee and channel events designed to shift mindset and behaviour, and the content ecosystems that connect them. Everything is tailor-made for a major automotive client — no off-the-shelf solutions. You'll design training materials, shape event-embedded learning experiences, apply behavioural science and adult learning principles, and co-facilitate sessions onsite.

Content is always evolving — regular redesign cycles are part of the job.

Requirements

- Academic background in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, Economics
- 4+ years in L&D; projects with focus on soft skills training, leadership development or live events with embedded learning
- Grounding in behavioural science or adult learning theory, translated into concrete design decisions
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Proficiency in English + a second European language required. If in Germany, German proficiency is required. Multilingual content design experience.
- Comfort in a complex, client-facing, multinational environment
- High communication skills, general collaboration
- High level of proactivity and autonomy
- Confidence as a support facilitator onsite
- Comfortable with leveraging AI in the L&D; context
- E-learning authoring tools, LMS experience, measurement frameworks
