Job Title: Management Information Analyst

Role Purpose:

The Management Information Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful management reporting to support strategic, financial, and operational decision-making. This role transforms complex data into clear dashboards, reports, and insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain management dashboards and reports that provide visibility into business performance
- Produce regular and ad-hoc management information packs for executive and senior leadership teams
- Analyze trends, variances, and performance metrics to generate actionable insights
- Support executive decision-making by presenting data in a clear, concise, and meaningful manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy
- Ensure consistency, integrity, and governance of management information




- Continuously improve reporting processes, automation, and visualization standards

Required Experience & Skills:

- 4+ years of professional experience in Management Information (MI), reporting, or business analytics
- Strong experience producing dashboards, reports, and management-level insights
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into executive-ready outputs
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support senior stakeholders

Preferred (Nice to Have):

- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization best practices
