It sits between ERP (business planning) and MES/SCADA/shop floor systems, acting as the overarching layer that coordinates, optimizes, and monitors end to end production activities.Mission of the RoleAs an Manufacturing Systems Analyst - LJS, you help make sure the LJS system works well for the business. You work closely with users and IT teams to turn business needs into simple, effective system solutions that improve day-to-day operations.Work with IT teams, vendors, and business users to deliver solutions.

- Test system changes and support go-live activities.




- Identify opportunities to improve processes and system performance.Technical Skills and QualificationsRequired• Strong IT background with experience in business and system analysis.
- Experience with project delivery and working with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting (SQL/T-SQL).
- Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding of Agile and system development life cycle.
- Good level of English, written and spoken.Preferred• Experience with manufacturing or operational systems.
- ERP experience (SAP, QAD, or similar).
- Knowledge of Power BI, SSRS, or reporting tools.
- Basic programming knowledge (C#/.NET).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or similar.
