In this role as IT&Data; - Product Analyst HCP CRM, you’ll support the design, deployment,



and continuous improvement of General CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and SFA (Sales Force Automation) solutions in the Healthcare/Medical area, ensuring strong data quality, user adoption, and alignment with business needs.
Main responsibilities of this role:
- Support the Product Owner in defining product roadmap items and preparing backlog documentation.
- Gather and consolidate requirements from CBUs and regions; validate them through workshops or interviews.
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and basic functional documentation.
- Help check and validate delivered features using acceptance criteria (UAT preparation and execution).
- Prepare training materials and support the Learning & Development team in delivering training sessions.
- Assist in maintaining platform governance, documentation, and compliance processes.
