YOUR TASKS

Key responsibilities:
- Support the team in conducting technical assessments of commercial properties (so called technical due diligence -TDD) and assist in the preparation of due diligence reports for corporate clients and investors
- Support the team in preparing feasibility studies for property development or refurbishment projects, as well as in monitoring the execution of such projects
- Assist in the review and analysis of technical documentation, drawings, and reports
- Provide support in monitoring costs, timelines, and quality throughout planning, design, permitting, construction, and project delivery
- Assist with tasks related to the day-to-day management of projects




- Support the verification of compliance with applicable Spanish and EU regulations and standards
- Assist in assessing or certifying the Sustainability- or ESG status of buildings
- Collaborate with internal (international) teams and support the timely delivery of high-quality projects
YOUR PROFILE
- IMPORTANT: Holding an Active Student Status and having the possibility to sign an internship agreement with your educational institution (Convenio de Prácticas)
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field
- Interest in the Real Estate sector
- Strong consulting and analytical skills
- High communication skills, proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility
- A high level of English and Spanish is required (C1)
