WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- 5+ years of experience
as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or in a similar functional role
- Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations,
preferably within large-scale or multi-country rollouts
- Strong understanding of
Finance processes
, including taxation, fiscal compliance, payments, receipts, and transaction reconciliation.
- Experience analysing
interfaces, APIs, integrations, protocols and data flows
across interconnected systems.
- Experience working in
Agile environments
, including requirements management, testing, and solution validation.
- Strong analytical, communication,



and stakeholder management skills in international environments.
- Fluent English
, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of
Azure integration services
and broader Dynamics 365 solutions would be a plus.

? WHAT WILL YOU DO? ?
- Support the
Finance workstream
within an international rollout of a
Dynamics 365 Commerce POS solution
.
- Act as the
Finance functional counterpart
, collaborating closely with POS, business, and technical teams.
- Analyse
country-specific financial, tax, fiscal, and regulatory requirements
and translate them into functional requirements.
- Ensure local Finance and retail requirements are correctly reflected within the
Dynamics 365 Commerce / Store Commerce solution
.
- Analyse and support retail processes related to
transactions, payments, receipts, promotions, discounts, and reconciliation
.
- Define and manage functional requirements, user stories, and business processes throughout the project
