What is this role about? ?
As a
Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager
at Bondora, you'll take ownership of the affiliate marketing channel for Go & Grow, managing and growing the partnerships that bring new investors to the platform. You'll work with content creators, publishers, comparison sites, communities, and affiliate networks across Europe, while building a strong pipeline of new partners.

This is a highly autonomous,



hands-on role where you'll combine
partner management with business development
— strengthening existing relationships, sourcing and onboarding new affiliates, negotiating commercial agreements, and using data and AI to continuously improve partner performance. You'll work closely with Product, Data, Engineering, Brand, CRM, Legal, and Compliance to optimise the full journey from first click to long-term investor value.

You'll have the opportunity to
own and shape one of Go & Grow's key growth channels
, with direct access to senior leadership and significant freedom to improve how the affiliate programme operates and scales.
