What is the project?

Our client has a clear mission: to revolutionize how small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) communicate with their customers. Their core product is an intelligent, voice-based AI phone assistant that answers incoming calls fully automatically and in natural language. This ensures no business lead is lost, allowing companies to focus on their core business.

However, that is only the first step. The long-term vision is to build the world's first fully autonomous CRM system. With over 8,000 customers, an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) exceeding €10 million, and a monthly growth rate of around 30%, the company is on an extreme growth trajectory. Their explicit goal by the end of the year is to reach €30 million in ARR.

What is your role?

As a
Talent Acquisition Manager
, you will be the key driver behind this rapid scaling.



You join at a critical time when recruiting processes need to be built and optimized for entirely new European markets. Your main task is to identify and win over the brightest minds and most ambitious talent to directly enable the company's expansion and revenue goals. From day one, you will take on real responsibility and help shape the entire People function from the ground up.

Your main tasks include:
- Actively scouting for suitable profiles across channels like LinkedIn and proactively reaching out to potential team members.
- Conducting initial screening calls and handing over structured evaluation results to the respective hiring managers.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Assisting in the setup, optimization, and maintenance of HR tools and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Supporting the design of onboarding structures, administrative HR topics, and employer branding initiatives.
