We’re looking for a talented
Video & Digital Content Creator
with strong professional experience in
video production, filming, and editing
.

This is a hands-on creative role. You should be equally comfortable
behind the camera, editing footage, and developing content ideas for social media and marketing campaigns
.

This is a full-time position based in Barcelona. You’ll work remotely most of the time while regularly visiting properties and our office to produce photo and video content.

What You’ll Do
- Plan, create, film, edit, and publish content across Rooms Works marketing channels.
- Visit properties throughout Barcelona to capture




professional photography and video footage
.
- Plan and execute video shoots, including framing, composition, lighting, camera movement, and audio when required.
- Produce engaging
short-form and long-form video content
.
- Edit professional videos, property showcases, promotional videos, Reels, Shorts, TikToks, product videos, interviews, and brand content.
- Transform raw footage into polished content through
editing, pacing, transitions, sound design, music, colour correction, subtitles, graphics, and storytelling
.
- Adapt video content for different formats and platforms, including:

Instagram

TikTok

LinkedIn

Facebook

YouTube
- Create social media campaigns and develop creative concepts that help grow the Rooms Works brand.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Write engaging marketing copy, blog articles, social posts, and property-related content.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and leadership team
