As Head of Revenue Operations, you will own the commercial performance of GoMining's direct revenue channels.

You will be responsible for optimizing sales operations, VIP management, retention, cross-sell initiatives, and commercial efficiency. Working closely with business owners and leadership, you will define priorities, improve unit economics, and ensure every commercial initiative delivers measurable business impact.

This is a strategic role that combines commercial operations, analytics, pricing, and revenue optimization.

Responsibilities

Revenue Operations
- - Own the operational performance of all direct revenue channels, including Sales, VIP, and Retention.
- Align priorities, customer segmentation, and execution plans with business owners.
- Build scalable commercial processes and operating standards across teams.
- Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and operational efficiency.

Commercial Performance
- - Drive revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell initiatives across the GoMining ecosystem.
- Initiate promotional campaigns,



commercial activities, and growth programs together with Marketing and Product teams.
- Measure the effectiveness and ROI of all commercial initiatives.
- Continuously optimize conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.

Pricing & Unit Economics
- - Own unit economics across all commercial channels.
- Define profitability targets, spending guidelines, and commercial KPIs.
- Manage discount policies, promotional mechanics, and OTC commercial terms.
- Analyze channel profitability and recommend improvements to maximize margins.

Analytics & Leadership
- - Build reporting frameworks and dashboards for commercial performance.
- Partner with Analytics, Finance, Product, and Marketing to support data-driven decision-making.
- Present business insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of commercial operations and revenue processes.
