- Conducts research to identify potential clients within or across targeted industries like finance, technology, and engineering, keeping an up-to-date client database.
- Follows up on leads to convert prospects into clients.
- Supports to identify new market segment opportunities for Professional service offerings.
- Maintains regular communication with candidates and provides timely updates.
- Sources candidates through advertising roles, searching and networking with talents in the area of engineering, IT, health, finance, sales and marketing, HR, legal, office and administrative support.
- Conducts comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to align them with client/'s specific job requirements for mid- to senior-level roles.
- Participates in client meetings to discuss project details, candidate profiles, and search strategy.
- Provides interview preparation and coaching to candidates who applied for mid- to senior-level roles, helping them present themselves effectively to employers.
