From Procurement Area we are looking for an experienced Expeditor Specialist/Engineer for the development of actual and future projects. The main functions and responsibilities to develop are the following:
- Ensure compliance with directive and corporate/project procedures.
- Organize and attend Kick Off Meetings with the Supplier.
- Control and monitoring both by phone and writing the Purchase Order,
- Analyse the Progress Report received from the Supplier, checking and coordinating the dates with the different departments (Inspection, Construction, Planning, etc.)
- Monitoring and controlling the main sub-orders.
- Reinforce the technical documentation expediting.
- Enter and update all the information received from the Supplier in corporate work tools, analysing and taking the correct action.
- Internal expediting of other departments that might have to act on any incidence that might affect the manufacturing progress or release for transportation.




- Verify that the Supplier meets all Order Expediting milestones.
- Expedite OS&D; internally and externally until resolved.
- Regular filing.
- Verification of the requirements to close Orders.
- Issue the Analysis of Deliveries in the due time and form.

We require:
- At least 2 years of experience in the position related to industrial/engineering equipments and components.
- Fluent level of English.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Bachelor Degree in Organization Engineering would a plus.
