Job Description

To support this mission, Syngenta’s Vegetable Seeds Supply Chain team is seeking a Seed Warehouse Coordinator in La Mojonera, Almería. This role will support the delivery of end-to-end warehouse operations for seed inventory - including inbound receipts, storage, picking, packing,



and outbound shipments - working with a high degree of autonomy and close attention to accuracy and compliance, by:

Accountabilities
- Manage all inbound seed receipts, storage, and outbound shipments independently, including customer pick‑ups.
- Execute order picking, packing, and shipping ensuring all documentation such as labels and shipping invoices is correctly completed.
- Maintain real‑time inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and coordination with the internal planning team.
- Coordinate the tasks of external contractors during peak season, ensuring they follow safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, local Spanish regulations, and Syngenta’s general safety and quality requirements, maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
- Liaise with transport providers and internal supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery to customers, supporting reporting activities using Excel and SAP as required.
